Cranio sacral therapy

There is an anatomical connection between the head, (cranium) and sacrum (sacrum). These areas can influence each other in their function. Pain is expressed in this way. The therapist tries to have a positive effect on the body by acting on the head and the spine (up to the coccyx), to sense and release blockages and thus to relieve pain. This form of therapy can be used, for example, for

  • Migraine, joint pain and headaches.
  • stress and exhaustion
  • psychosomatic complaints
